NCF's most flexible grant stream. Capacity building, the tools and resources that contribute to an organization's success, is one of its stated priorities. Applicants book a grant consult with NCF at least 7 days before the deadline. The 2026 deadline was October 5.

Up to $10,000Per trainee, in eligible training costs
See the Ontario Job GrantOntario Job Grant (formerly the Canada-Ontario Job Grant)
Funding for employers to invest in their workforce, with help from the government. Training has to be delivered by an approved third-party trainer, and smaller employers get added flexibility on cost sharing.
